Laundry and Rain

I had the day off from work today so Ajax and I hung out at home.  It was the perfect day for being home.  It was cold and overcast outside and rained pretty much all day. . . I had planned on going grocery shopping, but we never left the house.   Grandpa Rod and Grandma Dara sent home some veggies from their garden, so I took the day to turn some of it into baby food as Ajax loves squash.   I’m also proud to say that I did laundry and clipped coupons (I even organized them in a little binder, but the trick will be for me to actually remember and use them at the store); Watch out Martha!   Overall, Ajax and I had a great day.  He seems to be quite the pro now at rolling from his tummy to his back, and sits up as long as he wants to.  He still thinks its funny to just sort of fall back when he’s done sitting up and can’t figure out why we keep propping him back up.

I'm such a mom. I'm just a sucker for these cute little hoodies with bear ears... he has two.

This is normally a Dad game, but I thought why can't Moms give laundry basket rides too? Ajax didn't seem to mind, but Max was a little annoyed.

Ajax kept me company in the kitchen while I made baby food... acorn squash, plums, and apples!

I have to build this pillow surround when he's sitting up, who knows which way he'll fall over.
